These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Convene, a venture of QALYPartners. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. About the service
Convene is an events directory and marketplace that aggregates professional events in Saudi Arabia from many sources and, in some cases, hosts native events. Some listings are gathered automatically from third-party sources and link back to the original organizer.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
3. Event listings & accuracy
We work to keep listings accurate, but event details are provided by organizers and third-party sources and may change. Convene does not guarantee the accuracy, availability or quality of any listed event and is not the organizer unless expressly stated. Always confirm details with the organizer or source before attending.
4. Registrations
For events we host directly, registration through Convene creates a booking with us. For crawled events, registration takes place on the source or organizer’s site, and their terms apply.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by scraping without permission, interfering with its operation, infringing intellectual property, or submitting false or unlawful content.
6. Intellectual property
The Convene name, brand, design and compiled directory are owned by Convene and QALYPartners. Event content belongs to its respective organizers and sources. You may not copy or redistribute the platform’s content except as permitted.
7. Third-party links & sources
The platform links to third-party sites and sources. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices; your use of them is subject to their own terms.
8. Advertising
The platform displays advertising, including contextual ads served by third parties. Advertised products and services are the responsibility of the advertiser.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convene and QALYPartners are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the platform or any listed event.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Convene and QALYPartners against claims arising from your misuse of the platform or breach of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
