Convene is a bilingual events marketplace operated as a venture of QALYPartners. For the purposes of the PDPL, Convene acts as the data controller for personal data processed through this platform.

Preferences: the interests, professional sectors, cities and alert settings you choose, and the events you save or register for.

Usage data: pages viewed, searches, filters and clicks, collected through analytics to improve the service.

3. How we use your data

To provide and personalize the service — showing relevant events, recommendations and saved items.

To send the alerts, digests and registration confirmations you request, and event reminders.

Convene is intended for professionals and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
